At Dwelling Inspections, our commercial inspections are designed to give you a deep and accurate understanding of the physical condition of a commercial property, whether you’re buying, selling, leasing, managing, or planning maintenance. Commercial inspections are more complex than residential inspections: they cover major structural systems, life safety concerns, regulatory observations, accessibility evaluations, and deferred maintenance issues.
